 3 medium sized bananas, sliced
2 tbsp plant milk (almond, soy, rice, oat etc)
Toppings such as peanut butter, chopped hazelnuts, boysenberries. Any nuts or fruit will go down a treat!

1

Place sliced bananas in a container and freeze for at least 6 hours.

2

Remove from the freezer and place bananas in food processor with half a tablespoon of the plant milk. Using a small amount of plant milk is the trick as you don't want it to go too runny!

3

Blend until soft but not runny, adding a few drops of plant milk at a time until you reach the right consistency.

4

Place in a bowl, top with toppings and side with sides. Snaffle it up before it melts!
