Berry Smoothie

A delicious berry smoothie for your morning get up and go.

1 Medium ripe banana (peeled, chopped and frozen works best for a creamy taste!)
⅓ cup Fresh or frozen berries
2 tbsp Oats (or buckwheat for gluten free option)
¾ cup Water
1 tbsp Chia seeds, hemp seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)

Add oats and water to the blender and blend for 30 seconds.

Place all other ingredients in the blender and blend for another 30 seconds or until smooth.
