Who ever thought ice-cream could be good for you?! Serve this up any night of the week and your sweet tooth will be tamed.
Place sliced bananas in a container and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Remove from the freezer and place bananas in food processor with half a tablespoon of the plant milk. Using a small amount of plant milk is the trick as you don't want it to go too runny!
Blend until soft but not runny, adding a few drops of plant milk at a time until you reach the right consistency.
Place in a bowl, top with toppings and side with sides. Snaffle it up before it melts!
