A delicious berry smoothie for your morning get up and go.
1 Medium ripe banana (peeled, chopped and frozen works best for a creamy taste!)
¼ cup Fresh or frozen berries
¼ cup Oats (or buckwheat if gluten free)
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
